Bara Eyelash process orders within 1 - 2 business days (Bara Eyelash operate our business Monday through Saturday). Please note that processing time does not include delivery time. Bara Eyelash will e-mail the shipment confirmation include Tracking Number once order is being processed. Shipping is normally made with United States Postal service. Your information is used only to administer this website and personalize your site experience, process and complete any purchases you make on our site, track conversions on checkout pages using Google and Microsoft conversion tracking, provide customer support through e-mail, and notify you of your order status via e-mail. You may receive newsletters regarding promotions, discounts, and/or specials ONLY if you have subscribed to our newsletter. Thank you for your purchase of Bara Eyelash. Retail purchases of Bara Eyelash conditioners are available for a refund before 30 days ONLY. Product must be returned to warehouse before 30 days to be eligible for a refund. Any wholesale purchases are available for exchange only for equal or lesser value, and cannot be refunded. Any exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. Bara Eyelash is not obligated to accept any returns or exchanges without pre-approval.
Refunds or exchanges will be accepted with original purchase receipt only and product must be returned to the corporate warehouse before the refund or exchange will be honored. Refunds are available by the RETAILER ONLY for the purchase amount sold. Orders not purchased directly from the corporate warehouse and without original receipt will not be entitled to any refund or exchange.
Refund will be for the exact purchase amount on the receipt, minus the cost of shipping and handling. Therefore if purchase amount is $60, then total amount refunded will be $60 minus shipping and handling fee. Refunds do not include the cost to return the product to our warehouse.
The Bara Eyelash Conditioning Drama Mascara and Liquid Eyeliner are not available for refund, and are available for exchange for product credit of equal or lesser value within 2 weeks of purchase.
By purchasing Bara Eyelash products, buyer agrees to accept responsibility to comply with all federal, state, and local law governing the sale of any item(s) listed and sold.
Buyer agrees to not hold Bara Eyelash liable for any claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, or use of Bara Eyelash products in violation of all applicable laws and regulations.
Retailers who have accepted returns, must either ship or have the client ship the product along with the original receipt to our warehouse in order for the retailer to be entitled to a product credit for the number of units returned.
Any Bara Eyelash gift sets or specials are FINAL SALE ONLY, and no returns or exchanges are available.
To place orders on our site, simply create a login, add items to cart and submit a form of payment.
Bara Eyelash does not retain any customer service credit card, or debit card information or bank details from our product orders. Occasionally, we may offer promotions that will help you save on your order. For wholesale order information please contact customer service.
To view your recent orders, simply login to your account and click on ‘My Orders.’ Your order will be displayed in this section as well as in your dash board upon logging in.
